Return Eligibility

RidgePick accepts returns of defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Products are accepted in new or slightly used condition. Slightly used condition includes products that have been opened or briefly used. All included parts need to be returned, and the product cannot have damage caused after delivery.

Return Process

To begin a return:

  1. Please email support@ridgepick.shop within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return.

  3. Place the product and all included parts in the return package.

  4. Attach the prepaid return shipping label included with your order.

  5. Deliver the package to a FedEx location.

Return Costs

RidgePick covers all return shipping costs. Every order includes a prepaid return shipping label.

Customers pay:

  • $0.00 USD in return shipping fees

  • $0.00 USD in restocking fees

Refunds

Customers receive the refund within 5 business days after the returned product is delivered to the return address and meets the return conditions stated above.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The refund includes the returned product amount and any sales tax paid.

Exchanges

RidgePick accepts exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Customers can exchange a product for the same product or another available product.

For an exchange to a higher-priced product, the customer pays the price difference. For an exchange to a lower-priced product, RidgePick refunds the price difference to the original payment method.

RidgePick covers the return shipping and replacement shipping costs. Exchange orders follow the processing and delivery time stated in the Shipping Policy.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders can be cancelled or modified before shipment. Please email support@ridgepick.shop with the order number and requested change.

After an order ships, the return process stated on this page applies.
