Agreement

RidgePick.shop is operated by RidgePick LLC. By accessing this website, submitting an order, or using its services, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service.

Customer Eligibility

Customers need the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. A customer who has not reached the age of legal majority uses the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Product Information

Product pages display the product title, description, images, dimensions, color, included items, price, and availability. Device and screen settings affect how product colors appear.

The product information and price displayed at checkout apply to the order submitted by the customer.

Orders

An order is completed after payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued.

RidgePick cancels an order when payment is declined or unauthorized, inventory is unavailable, the delivery address falls outside the supported shipping area, or the transaction fails fraud screening. Any amount collected for a cancelled order is refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping

Shipping areas, costs, processing time, transit time, and the order cutoff time are provided in the Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, exchanges, cancellations, order changes, fees, and refund timing are provided in the Return & Refund Policy.

Acceptable Website Use

Please do not use RidgePick.shop to:

  • Submit false or fraudulent orders

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website or another customer’s information

  • Upload malicious code

  • Interfere with website security or operation

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Conduct activity prohibited by law

RidgePick blocks transactions and website access connected to prohibited activity.

Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, layout, logos, product information, and other content displayed on RidgePick.shop belong to RidgePick LLC or are used with authorization. Website content cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Privacy

The collection and use of personal information are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Legal Rights and Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits customer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, RidgePick LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or purchased products.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
